- Conducted Research on: 1. Procedure of Arbitration referring the Rules of Domestic Commercial Arbitration and Conciliation 2. Can a party under Section 37 of the Arbitration Act be permitted to take fresh grounds which were not taken under Section 34? 3. Can a plea of fraud be taken at any stage of the proceedings? What if fraud is not pleaded as a ground for challenge under Section 34 but is sought to be taken as a ground under Section 37 of the Arbitration Act? 4. Latest judgments of SC and DHC on the scope of interference under Section 37 of the Arbitration Act and research on why grounds under section 37 cannot be beyond the grounds pleaded under section 34 5. Scope of examination under Section 11, Arbitration Act 6. Interim relief which may amount to grant of final relief cannot be granted 7. Under what circumstances, leave as stipulated under Order 2 Rule 2 CPC can be granted 8. For instance, if the trademark has been assigned to some other person application for amendment/change in name can be filed. Is there any time limit within which such a request can be made?
